The Scrum GuideThe original and definitive guide to Scrum.
Large-Scale Scrum: More with LessExcellent overview of Scrum at scale.  Primarily for those dealign with multiple teams and products but is also a great high level guide to the principles of Agile that can be applied at any scale.
Practices for Scaling Lean & Agile DevelopmentA large book with results of experimentation done on actual Agile implementations.  Excellent source for Scrum Masters to help coach an organization.  If you run into a problem it’s probably listed in this book with suggestions.
The Fifth Discipline : The Art & Practice of The Learning OrganizationA classic must read.  Most organizations and people stop learning.  In a world of drastic change and competitive risks this can be deadly.  Successful Agile transformations require increases in learning behavior across the board.
Thinking, Fast and SlowMust read by anyone who wishes to move an organization forward. Kahneman’s list of accomplishments is vast and his insight into how we think (or don’t) is critical information for every Scrum Master or team coach.  If you’ve thought that people are illogical this book will help explain why.
Punished by Rewards : The Trouble with Gold Stars, Incentive Plans, A’s, Praise, and Other BribesWe understand instinctively that the reward and punishment system is flawed but can’t often describe why.  Kohn provides a fresh, funny and well researched case for why punishments and reward are two sides of teh same coin and are doomed to fail.
Tempo : timing, tactics and strategy in narrative-driven decision-makingA very insightful book about how we make decisions.  The information within is especially helpful for difficult organizational transformations. A small book but dense with insight.
